We want you to be completely satisfied with your Nexus Gear purchase. If you're not happy, we're here to help.

Returns You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned, including items damaged due to misuse, or items missing original packaging.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrived damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
